The Programme aims at the reinforcement of the European Union-Latin America co-operation in the area of Higher Education and covers studies for postgraduates as well as higher training for Latin America professionals/future decision-makers, in institutions or centres in the European Union.
Eligibility:
Latin American Countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela
