[United States] Marriott School - International Graduate Student Scholarship (IGSS) - Postgraduate
Corporations and private donors have partnered with the Marriott School to provide financial support to help attract, develop and place men and women from different parts of the world. This has led to the creation of the International Graduate Student Scholarship Program (IGSS).
Overview
This program provides tuition only scholarships (at the LDS-tuition rate) to qualified international students in a graduate program at the Marriott School. Scholarships vary by program and demonstrated need, and may be renewed each year based on scholarship performance and participation in advancing the mission of the Marriott School.
Eligibility
1.) Not a U.S. citizen and not a permanent resident
2.) Completed undergraduate baccalaureate college degree
3.) Minimum college GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent
4.) Earned a minimum GMAT score of 550 (or equivalent GRE score for MPA program)
5.) Official acceptance to a Marriott School graduate program (MBA, MPA, MAcc, or MISM)
6.) NOT a Cardon International Sponsorship (CIS) Program participant
7.) LDS or non-LDS
How to Apply
FIRST-YEAR international graduate students:
1. Complete the graduate school application for your chosen program (MBA, MPA, MAcc, MISM) and be accepted.
2. No scholarship application is necessary. You will automatically be considered for the IGSS scholarship.
SECOND-YEAR international graduate students:
1. Complete the standard Marriott School online scholarship application at
http://marriottschool.byu.edu/aid
2. Please be sure to complete the Financial Information portion.
3. Complete the required essay outlined below in the IGSS application.
4. Send a resume as required.
